Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will process your claim within 3-5 business days. We'll also pay the shipping costs if the claim is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

In order to process your claim in a timely manner please simply forward your order confirmation email with your comments and attach any pictures you may have to gulluogluusa@gmail.com or call us 7 Days between 9 am to 7pm EST at 718 - 406 - 9100 providing your Full Name and Order detail.

Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer shipping in the US only, we do not ship to Canada or any other countries.  We can virtually ship to any address (except P.O. Boxes) in the 48 states (no deliveries to AK and HI). Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all destinations.

Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days from Astoria, New York branch. In the event of any undue delay, we will contact you by phone or email. All orders will be sent via UPS. All perishable items will be shipped Next Day Air and all semi-perishable items will ship 2nd Day Air to all locations. If delivery is unsuccessful, delivery and redelivery charges will apply.

Gulluoglu takes the utmost care when packaging and handling your food items, in order to arrive in the freshest condition. 2nd Day packages are shipped from Monday to Wednesday (order must be placed before 12PM EST). Overnight packages are shipped from Monday to Thursday (order must be placed before 12PM EST). Please refer to the map below for UPS-Ground shipping option. This option is valid for states with 1-2 transit day via ground shipping. Some orders may require longer preparation time and it could delay shipping if the order is placed after 12pm EST. UPS drivers do not collect shipments on the the weekend. 

2-Day Transit :

• EXAMPLE 1: If order is placed on a Monday before 12 PM EST, the order will be shipped on Monday. If ordered on a Monday after 12 PM EST , the order will be shipped on Tuesday.
• EXAMPLE 2: If order is placed on a Wednesday before 12 PM EST, the order will be shipped on Wednesday. If ordered on a Wednesday after 12 PM EST, the order will be shipped the following Monday.

1-Day Transit :

• EXAMPLE 1: If order is placed on a Wednesday before 12 PM EST, the order will be shipped on Wednesday. If ordered on a Wednesday after 12 PM EST, the order will be shipped on Thursday.
• EXAMPLE 2: If order is placed on a Thursday before 12 PM EST, the order will be shipped on Thursday. If ordered on a Thursday after 12 PM EST, the order will be shipped the following Monday.

An additional $17.00 will be applied to orders for Saturday Delivery only. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas. Please contact us for details and to confirm services offered in your area.

Onemli Nakliye Bilgileri:

Sadece ABD dahilinde nakliye servisimiz mevcuttur. Kanada veya diğer ülkelere nakliye servisimiz yoktur. ABD dahilinde hemen hemen her adrese (Posta kutulari hariç ) (AK ve HI dahil degil 48 eyalette) yollayabilirsiniz. Not: bazı ürünlerde kısıtlamalar vardır ve bazı ürünler tüm hedeflere sevk edilemez.

Siparişler genellikle Astoria, New York şubesinden 1-2 iş günü içinde sevk edilir. Yersiz gecikmelerde, telefon veya e-posta yoluyla size ulasacagiz. Tüm siparişler UPS ile gönderilir. Teslimat başarısız olursa, yeni teslimat ve nakilye ücretleri uygulanır.

Gulluoglu paketlemede tazeligi korumayi onde tutarak , gıda maddelerini son derece dikkatli bir sekilde size gonderir. (2ND DAY)2 gün nakliye (sipariş 12:00p EST önce yerleştirilmelidir) paketleri Pazartesi -Sali- Çarşamba günleri sevk edilir. (NEXT DAY) 1 gün nakliye paketleri Pazartesi- Sali- Çarşamba Perşembe günleri (sipariş 12:00p EST önce yerleştirilmelidir) sevk edilir. UPS-Ground Nakliye seçeneği icin lutfen haritaya bakın. Bu seçenek 1-2 transit gün Ground nakliye eyaletleri için geçerlidir. Bazı siparişler uzun hazırlık süresi gerektirebilir ve eger siparişiniz 12 pm EST 'den sonra verilmis ise gecikme olabilir. UPS şoförleri haftasonu paketleri teslim almiyorlar.

2 Günlük Transit:

•Ornek 1: sipariş Pazartesi 12pm EST' den önce yerleştirilir ise, Pazartesi günü sipariş sevk edilecektir. Pazartesi 12pm EST' den sonra verilen sipariş, Salı günü gönderilecektir.

•Ornek 2: sipariş Çarşamba 12pm EST' den önce yerleştirilir ise, Çarşamba günü sipariş sevk edilecektir. Çarşamba 12pm EST' den sonra verilen sipariş, bir sonraki Pazartesi günü gönderilecektir.

1 Günlük Transit:

•Ornek 1: sipariş Çarşamba 12pm EST' den önce yerleştirilir ise, Çarşamba günü sipariş sevk edilecektir. Çarşamba 12pm EST' den sonra verilen sipariş, Perşembe günü gönderilecektir.

•Ornek 2: sipariş Perşembe 12pm EST' den önce yerleştirilir ise, Perşembe günü sipariş sevk edilecektir. Perşembe 12pm EST' den sonra verilen sipariş, bir sonraki Pazartesi günü gönderilecektir.
