1) Do you ship to all states in the United States and Canada?

We are proud to offer shipping to all 48 states in the US (except HI & AK). We do not ship to Canada or any P.O. Boxes in the US.

2) How much will I pay for Shipping & Handling?

During the checkout process, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method before you make a payment. Our checkout process dynamically calculates the shipping cost for each method based on the total weight of the items in your online shopping cart.

3) How can I pay for my on-line order?

You may use American Express, MasterCard or Visa to pay for your on-line order.

 4) Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

 Our on-line store is PCI compliant and you can purchase with confidence while using secure on-line shopping cart system.

5) When and how will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days. In the event of any undue delay, we will contact you by phone or email. All orders will be sent via UPS. All perishable items will be shipped Next Day Air and all semi-perishable items will ship 2nd Day Air to all locations. If delivery is unsuccessful, delivery and redelivery charges will apply.

Gulluoglu takes the utmost care when packaging and handling your food items, in order to arrive in the freshest condition. 2nd Day packages are shipped from Monday to Wednesday. Overnight packages are shipped from Monday to Thursday.

 6) Do I have to be available in to accept a delivery?

Yes, you or someone you trust must be available at the delivery location to accept your order. In most cases the shipping company will release packages if you or the recipient are not home, however there are some delivery instances where release is not possible (apartment building with no access, unsafe area, etc.). Gulluoglu cannot be responsible for items delivered but not opened, packages released or packages that spoiled because recipient was not in and the driver was unable to release the package. Please make sure that someone will be available to accept the package before placing an order. Unfortunately neither Gulluoglu nor the driver can contact you or the recipient before the delivery is made.

 7) Can I have my delivery arrive on Saturday?
An additional $17.00 will be applied to orders for Saturday Delivery only. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas. Please contact us details and to confirm services offered in your area.
